Easy Step 2 – Complete vehicle enquiry
When you have found a ute or van you like, send in a Vehicle Enquiry. You can fill in the form to begin your no-obligation enquiry.
We will contact you while standing at the vehicle and will give you a guaranteed comprehensive description of the vehicle you’re interested in. This will include the condition, accessories, and any extras that may come with the vehicle. Equally as important, the vehicle’s full history.
Are you happy so far with everything? We will certainly confirm, explain and discuss in detail all your needs and the processes involved leading you to our ‘Easy step 3’ – ‘Arranging Pick Up’.
Satisfaction – We guarantee that when you take delivery of your new vehicle, if for any reason it is not as described, and where we cannot rectify an issue, then you can return the vehicle to us – you must however pay the cost for transport. After we have taken receipt and inspected the vehicle to our satisfaction, you can then expect a funds transfer to your account or financier within 24 hours. This applies only to online purchasing where the vehicle is shipped from Melbourne and not where pre-inspection has occurred. This does not cover costs associated with any finance institutions.

Ownership Title – We guarantee free title – Being a licensed motor car trader we guarantee title of every vehicle we sell.
Fees to consider include organising your State Registration, shipping and documentation charges (where applicable). There is a process service fee which includes all documentation, assistance with transport, preparing the vehicle and checking the vehicle before leaving our site for transport. No process fee applies for customers who decide to pick up their vehicle.
Easy Step 3 – Arranging Pick up
Our state representative will completely and confidently explain the process for delivery to you. You will know full details of the delivery date, pick up addresses and be aware of the processes to have your vehicle registered. You can have complete confidence in our ability to assist where necessary.
